Delivery Policy

Lead times range from between 3 days-6 weeks, typically more commodity items are able to be fulfilled from stock, whilst built to order customisable items are typically delivered in 2-3 weeks, with a maximum of 6 weeks.

To negate lead times of heavily customisable product DSL offers a flexible stock holding facility, where product can be called off on a next day basis.

DSL always quote worst case delivery dates so we’re always exceeding your expectations, never falling short of them.

All products are dispatched on a next day courier service which will deliver Monday to Friday, typically between 8:00 am and 5:00pm, all parcels will need to be signed for.
